Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern the use of the website and mobile applications ("Platform") operated by P2PTRANSFER LTD. ("P2PRide"). By using the Platform, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Nature of the Platform

P2PRide is a bid-based marketplace that connects customers creating transfer/ride requests with independent carriers (driver/company). P2PRide does not perform the rides itself; it acts as an intermediary between the carrier and the customer. Carriers are not employees of P2PRide but independent service providers.

2. Account Creation

To use the Platform, you must create an account with accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account information and for transactions made through your account.

3. Bid-Based Booking Process

• The customer creates a transfer request (pickup, drop-off, date, number of passengers, vehicle class).
• Available carriers in the area place bids on this request at a price they set.
• The customer selects and accepts one of the incoming offers; payment is collected at this stage via a secure payment infrastructure.
• The amount charged to the customer is calculated by adding the platform service fee to the carrier's bid; the platform commission is deducted from the amount to be paid to the carrier. Current rates are clearly shown during booking.
• As soon as an offer is accepted, the carrier is notified and confirms the job; the customer completes the payment at the same time. If payment is not completed within the time shown on the payment page, the acceptance lapses and the request reopens for offers.

4. Carrier Obligations

Carriers are obliged to hold a valid driver's license, vehicle registration and insurance, to upload these documents to the platform after registration for verification, and to perform the rides they accept on time and safely. Carriers whose document verification is not complete may place bids; however, accounts that do not upload their documents on time or whose documents are rejected may be suspended. Accounts found to have fake documents or misleading information are suspended.

Responsibility for accepted jobs: Full responsibility for a booking whose offer has been accepted by the customer and paid for passes to the carrier who made that offer. Once payment has been received, the carrier may not withdraw and is obliged to perform the ride on the terms of the accepted offer. Before payment is received, the carrier may decline the job; in that case the customer chooses another offer.

5. Payment and Fees

All payments are collected through the platform via a secure payment infrastructure. Cash payment is not accepted. For detailed information about the pricing model, you can check our Frequently Asked Questions page.

7. Limitation of Liability

P2PRide does not guarantee the quality of the service provided by carriers, but it puts all carriers through an approval process and reviews complaints. To the maximum extent permitted by law, P2PRide cannot be held liable for indirect damages.

8. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account in case of a breach of these terms, provision of fake information or detection of misuse.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; significant changes will be published on this page.
